Re: mortality rates
"DDT and other organochlorines may cause symptoms that are similar to those caused by the polio virus, but there is no causation between DDT use and polio diagnosis."
This statement is a total contradiction, all medical diagnosis are based on symptoms.
"The time lines simply don't add up. If DDT was causing polio, the time lines would match exactly."
Sure they do, DDT and the polio epidemic definitely line up. And they wouldn't have to line up exactly there could be lag as a result of human factors which you are trying to totally discount with your statement.
"What you personally think of me, or whether you think I'm not scientific enough, is of no importance, I am interested in the data, the study you have presented is poorly done, and does not signify a link between infant mortality rates and the number of
vaccinations an infant is given."
Your interpretation of the data and the review lacks conviction. It does signify a link as a factor, because inevitably whether you believe vaccines are effective or not, you have to admit they have an effect.
"Just as there is no causation between DDT use and polio."
The evidence says otherwise.
