No system is perfect, but this theory is just as likely to be the cause of greater infant mortality as the amount of vaccines is, trying to link infant mortality rates with how many vaccinations infants are given, is misrepresenting the data.

For example, I could draw a conclusion and suggest causality, from data on the infant mortality rates, and the diet of the mother, or whether that mother has access to clean water, or an endless list of other variables that could lead to a higher infant mortality rate in one country, compared to other countries. Does this mean that this is a direct cause, no, it means it may or may not contribute to the outcome.
