Thank you for your lovely message, Paul, it really resonated with me. I have never heard the phrase 'paper tiger' before but it is so apt, so I will remember it in future. I, too, need to convince myself that others have a true heart. When somebody does a good deed, I can't help but feel that they have an ulterior motive in mind. I simply can't fathom that somebody would do something nice for the sake of it. That's something I will have to work on, though.

I've always been a big believer in honesty. I just don't see the point in lying - liars always get found out in the end.

I'm not sure how to meditate properly. I think fear is holding me back, as I would hate to have an out of body experience or something scary to happen. I guess it's a fear of losing control.

I love your suggestion of writing a story as it is something I've thought about doing for a while now. Tweet
