It would not at be moot at all if it were found that he was not constitutionally qualified to be President. That would invalidate practically everything he has done. Of course that is not likely to happen. Like the Income Tax, actually upholding the constitution and reversing the wrongs would be a disaster of epic proportions. But I nevertheless think it should be done because the long-term consequences of allowing such a travesty might be an even bigger disaster. I guess you could say that like the big banks and GM, he is too big to be allowed to be taken down.
