A republic isn't the same as a democracy. Under a democracy the mob rules like you said. It doesn't matter what the law is. And that's what America has now. They constantly do things that are unconstitutional or against the law, and that's where I draw the line. So there is no such thing as a democratic republic. That's like a stop sign combined with a caution sign in traffic. Or something like that. They're two different critters though.

And if the government breaks the law, you can see how the government can do what it wants and grow into a monster. And you can see how that can grow into an oligarchy where the government controls everything. Eventually all the "leaders" become power hungary just like Rome did and becomes an oligarchy and then usually falls because the power hungary "leaders" eat the country alive. They become pretty darn delusional too thinking they're basically Gods.
So a democracy is only a temporary form of government on it's way usually to an oligarchy.

A republic doesn't require a lot of laws. The most important law to follow is, was harm caused. That simple little law would eliminate probably 75% of the "crime" in America.

Under a republic the government is almost non-existant. And it's main job is to uphold the Constitution. And the Constitution keeps the government in check. They are basically two halfs of a whole, but as you can see, that's not true in America.

All the executive orders are illegal, that's a dictator. They slip crap like the anit-supplement bill into some other unrelated bill. Hell they don't even read the bills they pass. It's become common practice to lie first and then let the truth come out later because most Americans don't even pay attention anyway. And if you see garbage like that happening in your country, you know where it's headed.

America has been bankrupt since the 40's and the "government" invented a false economic system based on having NO money, the federal reserve notes, debt and the strawman. Strawmen are commercial, corporate, paper people that the government creates for each person in America at birth and further takes advantage of us and rape us financially. I don't think you realize how corrupt this government is. It's literally demonic in my opinion.

I hope you can see how none of the illegal garbage that's going on in America would be happening IF we had a true Republic form of government. (No more policing the world too) The government can only do what the law says they can do no matter what the mob says. The law is ALWAYS followed, not made up as we go.

A republic government upholds the constituion, defends it, defends the peoples rights and does the people's will. A republic forces the people to be responsible and have good character, because there's no nanny state there to catch them when they fall.

That used to exist in America, but not any more. A democracy cancels the need for people to have good character, to do the right thing, to be inventive and so on. The government will take care of us right so who cares?

So no, a republic only forces a few things on the people so the people are as free as possible. Not more laws, less laws. (And that's what the RAP is about) Forcing a republic on people is giving the people the most freedom possible, so I wouldn't say it's mob rule forcing things on others like you said.
