Re: What I find interesting is...

"If you call your privilege to vote a part of mob rule, then you are part of the mob."

This is what I am talking about... Voting is a right not a privilege. But you have been hypnotized into believing it is a privilege. They got you believing that you are a privileged individual. You can register to exercise your right, your right to vote. What kind of B.S. is this?

Sure I showed up at the voting place to vote for Ron Paul. They said that my name wasn't on the list. I said its my right to vote, why are you preventing me. They didn't know what to say. Security was brought in and showed me an application to vote for next year. I said no thanks. I don't need to sign a paper to allow me to exercise my right. They hustled me out of there pdq because they did not want others to start wondering the same thing.

You make a good cog in the wheel of democracy... You may think of yourself as a free thinking individual, but you are just another conditioned conformist... another agent of the mob who looks to be shown the way by a so-called elected politician. He'll fix things. Such people don't don't know how to find things out for themselves. Being told what to do and how to do it is all you know. Feeling quite comfortable as long as you are huddled together with the rest of the sheep. Look at your neighbor as to what he's doing, what he has, maybe you should do it too. Get what he has. A cess pool of comformists... looking at each other to see what is needed to be done.

A democracy has to move as a mob, can only move as a mob. Walking with the herd. Being identified with the herd. The herd has to wait for the stragglers, those who can't keep up with the rest. This is the mentality that democracies promote. The pace of democracy is not determined by those that can move skillfully and easily, it is determined by those that move slowly, handicapped, unskillfully.

What happens to the Individuals that excel, that are more creative than others? That have greater intelligence? That aren't afraid of being alone, not afraid of moving away from the crowd? Individual rights are displaced by reasons to keep the crowd more safe and secure. A more secure and safe enviornment is voted on by the mob. It dulls individual intelligence. It deadens the society as a whole. That's why people are walking in their sleep, running on automatic pilot... staring at the boobtube. And this is your reality. This is your joy. It is a convenient dead-life that you have.
