Re: Too much of a good thing nearly killed Gary Null
I've been vegetarian longer than that and my b12 levels, etc are rock solid. Also others sho utilze living raw foods in the correct manner (not weak vegetables and fruits form a typical 'organic" store) are doing fine. many of these people have been fdoping this for longer than 20 years.
What some people consider a raw foods diet is to eat copious amounts of hybridized fruit (high sugar...no minerals), nutritionally depelete vegetables, nuts and seeds with enzyme inhibitors still intact, high fat, etc.
That is the unnatural way to do a raw diet and will set one up for failure.
The thing is there are many reports that people who fail on this lifetyle have done it grossly incorrect. These people who are doing raw diets in a way that depletes. It is essential to use good mineralized soil for the produce and utilize things like sea vegetables and sprouts which contain anywhere from 10 to 30 times the nutrition over the best organic vegetables.
Power is knowledge.
Also wild crafting (what ancient ancestors did as a regular way of life before farming) is a power house for highly nutritional greens.
We have destroyed our soils ability to transport minerals into the plants and add to this that only 3 main minerals are added to the soil and you have a recipe for illness. By design? You bet. The same people controlling this agri-farming practice have lobbied these practices. As we follow the money trail we also see that the same people are the ones controlling the medical industry. Interesting coincidence.
No matter how many times congress has been shown clear evidence that agri-farming has depleted soils and how this relates to increases in disease, it has been categorically ignored each and every time.
Politicians don't run our countries. Special interests do.
