The key here is... if you live in a northern climate, eat as you should in the north.

If you live in the desert, eat as you should in the desert.

If you live in the rainforest, eat as you should in the rainforest.

I agree with the live without clothing part... but not that *we were designed to live in Africa*.

LOL...

That is why lighter skinned people do better than darker skinned people in northern latitudes at making *D*.

We were designed to live in the environment we populated by eating local, properly grown and raised, seasonal foods.

And running around naked as the seasons permit.

Simple as that...
