Hi Chris, thanks for the info on the water fast.

The main concern here is that my brother currently weighs only 44Kg and he is very scared of losing any more weight. Also, his hunger is actually very strong, his appetite is big and he always tells me how hungry he is but when he actually goes to eat, he gets this fulness that prevents him from eating as the pain lasts many hours.

Just this morning, he has one fresh date and he is now in so much pain that he is just lying on the couch. Before eating the date, we were talking about going for a walk but now he can't even do that.

I am really starting to wonder whether its more related to liver/gallbladder rather than stomach/intestines.

Ill read more on the Water Fast and let you know if I need more info.
