I liked the article

It helped me to rationalize, justify forgive myself for behavior that I know I must give up, but I'm reluctant to do so. Now I am thinking along the lines of how to avoide the toxic people that provoke me. But sometimes that is impossible because they are also friends with all of your other friends. And the geographical cure never solves anything because you will simply join another community and encounter another person who is toxic to you, that is firmly implanted in the tribe....


I especially liked these lines-
