I've been on your website and it's great! I haven't posted this question there yet, but does anyone know the effects of tampons on BV? I've read that they could actually contribute to it so after I had my baby, I switched to pads (which was not really pleasant for me). Found out I had BV again anyway so I'm going back to tampons this month and am going to try to change them very frequently. I was just wondering what other's thought about this.
