Okay, that's what I thought about the Nature's Way vs. Jarrow's. Jarrow's is the kind that needs to be refrigerated so I'm going to try that first(I started today!). I have to have it shipped from California and I live in Pennsylvania so I worry about it staying cold for the trip. They pack it with cold packs, but I hope it kept it cold enough. We'll see! Another question...what type of soap are you using? I am going to buy all new produts without perfumes, dyes, etc. I have unscented detergent because I just had a baby and will start washing my clothes in that. Thanks for all your info!
