Hey, I didn't know about the Acid Jelly. I am sure that's the same thing as the Biofem Active Gel. In the UK it's available without a prescriiption. I will take in my Biofem to my gynocologist at my next appointment & ask if it's the same thing.

The Jarrow's Femdophilus is the same stuff as the Nature's Way Primadophilus Reuteri. The only information I can add to that is that the variety that has to be refrigerated seems to be more effective. I don't know if Jarrow's has one, but I know Nature's Way does. Tweet
