Re: Question about Excerising during a Fast
"Disagreed In Charge. The reason I started arguing against the original post was more because it was trying to scare people away from dry fasting with no good reason."
You obviously don't comprehend what you read. The only thing I did was to bring out the other side of the story. It's hard to understand what you and chrisb1 have against getting both sides of the story before making an informed decision.
"Seriously, coming into a fasting support forum and trying to argue it's dangerous is just ridiculous. And as I've said plenty of water fasters here will never dry fast and have expressed that they don't like the idea much, but they don't try to scare other people off it because they respect the people here who do do it."
Lets get something straight. I have not argued with anybody about whether they should, or shouldn't dry fast. I give a rats ass who does dry fasting. If it turned into an argument, it was because a few of you refused to accept the fact that there is opposing information (that I posted) on the subject. If anybody got scared, maybe they didn't realize there was information that didn't mirror what you and chrisb1 have been telling them. This isn't bad, as it might have jump started their thought process to make that informed decision. At least now they are aware of it.
This isn't a dry fasting forum
Bingo, therein lies the problem. This is the water fasting support forum, so why are we discussing dry fasting?
