Re: Question about Excerising during a Fast
sihaya23,
yes, but this is a
Water Fasting SUPPORT forum and NOT a
Water Fasting SCAREMONGERING forum.
You are entitled to your opinion of course, while you still have the Internet freedom to express it, but NOT if that opinion is NOT based on verifiable evidence, which is likely to deter other members from the actual experience and benefits of dry fasting from those who have indeed experienced it: along with qualified personnel who have even written a book on its benefits.
By your own admission "you have never tried dry fasting" and are therefore in no real position to form a credible opinion about it one way or the other.
Your analogy of Benzoylmethyl Ecgonine (Cocaine) is ridiculous, as this is a drug which is biologically foreign to the body, and of therefore no benefit whatsoever, unlike dry fasting which is natural and normal to the body, if conducted according to its demands and biological needs.
Yes, other members can form an opinion of their own, based on the logic presented to them from this thread, but not (hopefully) on the erroneous opinions of someone who has had no experience with this subject whatsoever.
If you do not agree with the message within another members post, then it may be wise to express your own opinion in a less alarming and more thoughtful way.
