Yep you already posted that. The first fasting book I ever read was about dry fasting written by a Doctor. I know a doctor who practices dry fasting himself now also online, he posts regularly at this website:
Your opinion is noted. However the fact is that dry fasting is as safe as water fasting. Your claims and the doctor's remarks are not backed up by examples of anyone going on a dry fast and dying of dehydration. They wouldn't be because such things really don't happen, any more than people are regularly dying of starvation while water fasting. Our bodies store water along with fuel and there is plenty enough to supply our needs while fasting. And thirst does come before dehydration the same as hunger comes before starvation.
Coming in here with wild accusations that dry fasting is dangerous and we're likely to damage our organs and die of dehydration just isn't called for. If we want that kind of support we can ask any old Joe off the street who knows nothing about it. If you want to give advice on dry fasting, have some experience with it to back your advice up instead of trying to scare people off a good thing.
