Re: Question about Excerising during a Fast

Dry fasting doesn't induce headaches. The body can comfortably go without water for many days with no discomfort at all. I myself have gone seven days with no food or water and had only benefit from the experience not any problems at all. And I concur with the authorities that say it is more effective than Water Fasting absolutely. The body must break down more fat and therefore detox more to get the water it needs to live on. Just like Water Fasting isn't depriving the body of sustenance, dry fasting is not depriving the body of water. It is the same thing really, when you fast you should only drink according to thirst. That is all I do, I'm not thirsty so I don't drink.

Andrew.
