Re: Question about Excerising during a Fast

indeed, an open forum is totally about sharing views and opinions, but it is not about offering an opinion that is alarmist such as the quote "dry fasting is dangerous" without substantiating and/or corroborating the claim that it is or it isn't.
Dry fasting may not make any sense to you, or hold a perception of any health-benefit, but for those of us who have actually tried it & researched it, we can say quite categorically that it is safe and beneficial to the body within the limits of prudent abstinence, just as it is safe & prudent to abstain from food for a given period of time for the health-benefit of the body.
Your quote........
"Nothing here is gospel just opinion?"
My own opinion (expressed within this forum) is borne out of my own personal experience after undergoing two prolonged fasts, including 30 years of study of the subject, AND that of the one Doctor who supervised over 60,000 fasts in all states of disease, most of which were to completion. His health-retreat even had a scientific laboratory for investigating the process of inanition.
This is substantiated clinical experience and NOT his opinion. The Gospel of
Shelton has stood the test of time and will continue to do so.
