Don't drink too much because of exercise, still just take sips when you need them and wait a while after your workout to see if you still feel thirsty before drinking large amounts. I workout regularly while dry fasting and don't have any problems though I sweat profusely at times. I'm not saying you should dry fast by any means, that's personal choice, just not to overdo the water because too much water just puts a burden on the body.
