I believe that there is a very important piece missing from what you are saying. I have myself engaged in all sorts of experiential therapy in order to obtain the type of emotional release of which you speak. I can tell you emphatically that the rage and sorrow is a bottomless pit! Not only will a person feel their own anger and sadness... at some point they will also begin to feel the suffering of others. People do not only experience things on their own personal and physical levels. They also tap into the psychohistorical and archetypal realms. And all that expression of emotion at some point becomes energetically draining. Eventually this will in turn impact them on a physical level and they will not even have the energy necessary to continue fighting for their survival. When this occurs it is NOT something happening on a psychological level. This is a signal that they are continuing in the degenerative energetic cycle. Frankly... it is not unlike when a person begins hemorrhaging!
