  i think i see the chink in your armor... but first of all let me say that as one grows spiritually one will be tested by the negative forces even more rigorously... and i for one believe that there are some very active negative spirits that will take advantage of us if we are unprotected and unaware... also i believe that those of us that do drugs and alcohol are especially host to these not so spiritual spirits...
  
  let's just set the record straight as i know it to be... and that is that "we are spiritual beings having a human experience"... but beware of the 'ego'... and the only way to conquer the 'ego' is to turn ones life and will over to a power greater than oneself... and by all rights that power should be the God of your understanding... without a total reliance on your own personal God you become the prey of your own 'ego' and therefore prey to all the lesser spirits...
  
  what i do... any time i am in a difficult situation... whatever it may be... i offer it up to God... which are indeed offering to God just as it was in the old testiment... only instead of sacrificing a fatted lamb... i offer a fatted problem whatever it may be... and i ask God to take it and He does...
  
  it is alright to be spiritual... and a healer if that be your calling... what i see as the problem is that you were not giving the credit to God... but instead were claiming the healings as if they were something you/ego were doing... and therein lies the rub... we are indeed every man/woman/and child Gods... in that the life force we are gifted with is being lived directly... and only by the will of God... i have no life of my own... i only have the one God allows... of myself i am nothing... my Father doeth the works... "there is 'ONE' that has all 'POWER'... that 'ONE' is "GOD"...

    I sure did let my guard down, big time. As for claiming the healings as my own, I never have. It was not the point of my story so I did not emphasize it, but I always tried to make it clear to my patients that I am only a channel. The results of my healing sessions impressed many people; I was repeatedly asked if anyone can learn it. I said, yes, absolutely. Realistically, though, some will be better at it than others, as in any endeavor, including sports, business and arts. I've invested a lot of time, effort and money into my training and cultivation of abilities; I've sacrificed a much, including prestige, by the way. My ego would have been better flattered being a Physical Therapist, which I am, rather than an energy healer, a title anybody, anybody with no tainting or little ability can claim. Still, it is God who has given my abilities to me, God deserves the credit for healings too.
    
    These beings tried, and still do, distance me from God. As I’ve become more and more able to affect others, they’ve tried to convince me that I am the most powerful man in the world, and later even, that I was the God. When I still had faith in the voices, I entertained the idea in the Eastern way of thinking; maybe, I thought, I was becoming a fully realized being, like a Buddha, a potential that is there for every person. I was experiencing symptoms of what many people gone before me have called Kundalini awakening. I continued asking that I be shown the truth. When voices insisted that I am the only God, I got concerned; it was then when I realized that I am most probably being lied to. The threshold of my believe in the voices was crossed when they told me that since I'm God I should be rude and abusive to others. When I not only not follow this guidance but actively protested, voices got pissed, and it went steeply downhill from there. My main believe was and remains that I am a creation of God; as a healer I am a channel of his gifts to the world, as any person.
    
    Similarly to Job, in the bible, I've prayed many times that I would be given a fare trial if I've committed a blasphemy or any other sin. I don't claim to be a saint. I had my share of mistakes, most due to ignorance though, not evil intent. I wish every sentient being to be happy. Interestingly enough, voices tried to play off of this, by telling me: 'see, you're the only one like that, you are God'. Perhaps they would have pulled me a bit further into trying for a size that idea, if they proceeded by helping me be a better channel of love and wisdom in this world, in line with my personal mission, but apparently they had radically different objectives. I fully believe that some dark forces had an eye on me, and then attacked me in my moment of vulnerability.
    
    My greatest sin which led to this affliction, I think, was that I was too naive, too trusting. I took 'be like children' advice way too much to a heart in the world which is not very forgiving. I hope and pray that God will hear me. I bless God for all that I received and pray that if it is his will that I continue living, I be freed from this torment and given an opportunity to be a more pure channel of love and healing. It is easy to see a lot of evil on the human level; it’s all over evening news: war, persecution, crime, violence. Now, the war of Light and darkness in spiritual realm became just as real to me. I pray that forces of Light come to help me in the battlefield which has become my mind and my body. As I'm writing this, the voices are changing that bull-shitters invented all this, and that it is all bull-shit. I said it many times before, and I'll declare it again publicly, on this forum: I believe this amazing and beautiful world is a sacred creation of God, God I believe is loving, true and just. I believe Good will prevail.

      the ego is a powerful force for most of us... when i threw out all my religious beliefs (and only took back in the beliefs that made sense to me) i began to see more clearly... sometimes the beliefs we have are not our own... and are not true at all... the fact that we believe a certain way does not make our belief system true... it only means that it is true to us as long as we believe... (and our beliefs are true... as far as we know... but then... just how much do we really know???)...
      
      what it boils down to is that you are allowing your mind/ego to run riot over your true inner most being... your TRUE SELF that is actually your SOUL/SPIRIT/ESSENCE... so in closing i would like to say a couple of things that come readily to mind...
      
      the mind makes a beautiful servant... but a horrible master...
      BE STILL...!!! and "KNOW"... that... "I"... "AM"... "GOD"...
      and if it be true that "GOD HAS ALL POWER"...
      then who or what can stand against "HIM"...

        All belief is borrowed... all beliefs leads one further and further away from oneself... further and further away from truth… from love…
        Whether it is believing in ghosts… god or the devil… or believing that sky is falling… it is all borrowed information that does not come out of one's own search…
        When you believe, you have stopped searching… you have stopped looking to find out for yourself… when you believe, you stop remaining open to change… and life changes moment to moment… when you believe, you have disconnected yourself from real life.
        
        Mind is a good servant... and makes for a terrible Master…
        Mind is a great troublemaker when it is mistaken as the Master...
        it creates all the problems…
        
        Existence is one... it is the mind that divides into two...
        All dichotomies appear as opposites… they are not. They are not really opposed to each other at all… they are compliments.
        Good and bad, right and wrong… love and hate… god and devil… they all come together… one becomes manifest when the other is not… they compliment each other… one cannot exist without the other.
        
        Take love and hate for example…
        Anybody that has delved into relationship has come to know, through experience, that you can love and hate the same person… the two come together… they can not be separated… just in a matter of a split moment…as in the flash of a lightening strike… the change from love to hate, or hate to love, can happen instantaneously… how illogical it is… but it happens…
        It happens because they are compliments to each other… they are on the same coin... they come together. One manifests when the other is not... one is seen while the other lies hidden...
        
        Most established religions have adopted the idea of there being a god and a devil to try to explain away the fact that love and hate actually come together… the devil is the hate part… and god is the love.
        
        But, really, ‘devil’ is another name for the immature mind… and ‘god’ is another name for mature mind… god is when the devil is not… god is when the immature mind is not… one manifests when the other is not… one cannot exist without the other… they both have equal importance in the doctrines that have been created around these so-called religions.
        
        Hence, there is really no good and bad... no right or wrong... no god and devil... no saint and no sinner…
        There is only consciousness and unconsciousness...
        
        Understand that the conflict that you are experiencing is in you… It is the fight between your immature mind and the mature mind. It is the ego that is the immature mind. It is in fear of its own death… so it makes a problem that will take a great effort to solve in order to keep itself alive…
        Because ego only can exist when it struggles… so it creates a conflict of the evil forces versus the forces of good… it creates this drama so it can become stronger… to live on…

        This is an ego creation... normally, ego generates the idea that one is in some way special. To have the idea that one has been chosen... by dark forces... this makes you very special... it is a creation of the ego… it also appears as though you will have to make a great effort to overcome these dark forces… ego will grow quite strong with so much work to be done…
        
        The ego can be a very slippery eel when you think you understand it… got it nailed down… the ego can appear very easily as a great humbling quality… when it feels the need to do so… it is a master of disguises… one can go on fooling oneself ad infinitum… it can be the very one that says it is not the ego…
        
        All thoughts are not who you are… they come in and they go out… it is possible to receive and transmit thought… from others and to others…
        Regardless of where these voices come from… it is not who you are… but you are believing them to be real… hence, they will be real to you... a disconnect to real life... but a world created by ego... and real for you.
        
        The other does not exist… only oneself exists… one creates the other, too… hence, the world exists… you can be in the world and, yet, not have it be in you…
        
        If you have really deeply meditated… then you know that meditation is the art of putting your mind aside… and relaxing into yourself… into absolute aloneness... where no one else exists... nothing else exists... the self does not exist... only 'no self'.
        Putting the voices aside…it is the same… it only becomes a problem because your ego does not want to die… It is basically the fear of death that is haunting you… the death of your ego.

        It was a fortunate thing to have happen… i stumbled across a Master… it was not a search… it was not something I was looking for … it came unexpectedly… it surprised me when i realized what was happening…
        
        In short...i had a troubled mind… it would not leave me alone… it caused me much pain & suffering… it was a dark night… I did not love myself… did not love others… a dis-ease given to me by my father…
        
        It is not possible to put what happened to me into words… all I can say is that meditation happened to me… satori… from this, it was understood that I was not the mind with its array of thoughts, emotions, desires…and feelings… ego… but something much much more...
        I fell into a space between thoughts and disappeared… it happened almost by accident… because it was not expected… it was found that when ego dies… then, truth is … bliss is… love is… god is…
        
        And when ego is... then god, love, bliss and truth are not…
        For ego is a tension... when it is puffed up, it covers over that which is... it covers over who we really are... there comes a separation from existence... from nature... from others.
        
        From this it was found that the more one is understood by oneself… the mind, the emotions, the feelings… the thoughts and desires... to go deeply into understanding "who i am", there is almost a miracle that happens... The more one comes to know oneself, at the same time, the more the other is understood … the more all others are understood. And the more one loves himself, the more love arises... the more compassion there is for others...
        
        With this experience it is clearly understood that all is connected… and interrelated… we are just like the waves of an infinite ocean… appearing to be separate… but really deeply connected…
        
        Unconsciousness is the only sin… awareness -the only virtue.
        
        I cannot say I have a practice… just watching myself whenever it is remembered to do so. Watching is meditation… watching whatever is happening... within and without… without the mind… without thinking… without the distractions that the ego brings in... just emptiness and watching and waiting… and listening… it is enough…

        Ever hear of gibberish meditation?
        
        It is understood that if modern man tries to just sit and experience meditation… sit silently and relax into oneself, he will find it a very frustrating experience. It is because he will find that there will be so much chaos within himself that he will be unable to experience the real silence that is there beneath all this… the outcome will be tremendously frustrating for him… It may even frighten one to see that there is so much insanity that is within oneself, enough so that he will never attempt to try it again.
        
        To help the modern man to get through this layer of insanity, gibberish meditation was devised… the meditation has two parts. A cathartic part and a meditation part. The first part, for 15 minutes, is to verbalize nonsensical, meaningless sounds. Moving the body, arms and hands, legs by making gestures will help one to go more deeper into this part of the meditation. It will look like one is insane. One is! Because we all live in an overly oppressive, overly moralistic societies that will not allow us to express ourselves fully and naturally, we unnaturally bury these unexpressed emotions and thoughts back inside of ourselves... they are all there waiting to be expressed, just below the surface of ourselves... bubbling beneath the skin, so to speak. So what this catharsis does is to help move the insanity that everyone is sitting on and carrying around with themselves to the surface... and it is put out of the body-mind mechanism in this way…
        
        If it is done with some intensity… with a totality… what is left behind is an empty space… this leads to the meditation part. So after 15 minutes of the cathartic part then sit silently for another 15 minutes… 15 minutes of just watching whatever is going on within yourself… the breathing, the heartbeat, the relaxation of the body… whatever sensations or sounds that arise… within and out of the body-mind. This second part is wu wei. Just sitting silently and watching.
        
        Try this is you are so inclined… its like allowing the monkey mind to do its thing…letting all the monkeys out of the cage of the mind… and what is left behind is a peaceful silence… an empty void ...that gives a chance for the meditation… bliss… love… god to come in.

So here are the symptoms I have been having:

Reddish-brown VERY THIN hair-like parasite came out of my throat after garling Apple cider vinegar. Before that, I would get very think, smaller black-ish hair like things (much smaller and thinner and sometimes 2-3 tangled together) in my saliva, when I would blow my nose, and it seems like they have even came out when I would cough. The 'parasite' in my throat looks like it is a short reddish brown hair, vary in size, and sometimes even have a clear-ish tail projection on it. Also, I have a white line on my left cheek AND swollen lymph nodes on left side on neck that I have had for Years (7-8 years) that my GP ignores. Could someone please help me/pray for me?   Line scars could be strongyloides or migrans. They are larger in diameter.
  
  Filaments could be the cellulose stool, typical of Lyme, Morgellons, Leishmaniasis, Malaria, or any flagellated or spiral parasite (small), or even a single growth stage of a larger parasite. They are smaller than 6 thousandths.
  
  You do not mention night sweats, which points to nocturnal round worms.
  
  You do not mention loss of vision, which points to filarial or strongyloides. Filaria are ten thousandths in diameter. You can actually see them chew through the hand, leaving a microscopic red streak.
  
  You do not describe mucus or filaments in the stool.
  
  You do not mention nasal blood discharge, which points to a blood worm.
  
  Identification...Needs a slower, more delicate description of body reactions, more general symptoms (shades of grey) to help identify the Phylum(s) of the infection.
  
  Based on your limited description, I would guess Bartonella, Borrelia, flagellate, spirochete.
  
  People usually use a name like Lyme or Leishmania, or Malaria, but these names only mask the name, the treatment, and the process of removing a parasite.
  
  Do not use the name of the illness, use the name of the parasite. In this way you will quickly come to which treatment will work.

      I have talked with many, so to answer your question, yes and no.

      Yes there are a few known infections, Candida, Trichomonas vaginalis, pinworm E. vermicularis, strongyloides.
      
      Four or five women that I have corresponded with have reported this problem.
      
      So I posed a question to my group years ago.
      
      "Several questions I have for everyone that’s familiar with this parasite and doesn’t mind sharing with me. Ladies, do you have female problems from this?"
      
      This is the way I approached getting data on the subject.
      
      Since the optimum med depends on the infection, let me go into detail.
      
      If pinworms, I see others on CureZone have used a douche dilute albendazole or Pyrantel.
      
      > I do not suggest this is the first line treatment.
      
      > Remember, internally or externally, the dose adds up in the body.
      
      Internal treatments vary depending on the particular infection, but I have found only one approach for this situation.
      
      > I chose another approach many years ago. Guys can have this problem too.
      
      The standard advise I can pass on, is...from nests near the vagina, groin, peri-anal area, (use Invermectin (less than or equal to) a standard dose of paste Durvet apple gel).
      
      Durvet gel has the weight marked on the tube.
      
      It is a bit hard to find.
      
      It may temporarily numb the skin when used over a long time, but it works very well.
      
      Just use a quarter inch of IVM paste on a wipe.
      
      I suggest taking the wipe, and going over the peri-anal area every evening.
      
      Also get a second wipe, and cover the female parts if infected.
      
      You may need 2 wipes with half the dose on each.
      
      Repeat this every evening.
      
      After several weeks or months, this territory will be vacated. Parasites when in an area, will stay in an area.
      
      Nests can be influenced to move, by using Invermectin over long periods of time. It does not burn.
      
      If a bump is near, black head, or rise bump, or a large pore hole develop on the legs, suspect a nest.
      
      Lower back pain, again, nest of a red worm is in the area.
      
      During Red worm treatments, I have had reports of small black worms leaving this female area.
      
      This is not often, and only has occurred when they were on stronger dosing levels of FenBen/OXBen.
      
      Occasionally I get a report.
      
      Those that have very complicated infections, Systemic white and red worm infections, Ascaris infections, many of these badly infected people report this groin, anal, female part problems when first treating the infection aggressively, movement in this area drives them crazy.
      
      I myself had several nests in that area, probably from several different species, so this is more common among those who have certain or complicated infections.
      
      I suggest using a wipe of Invermectin in these situations, because Invermectin is the safest external med I know of for sensitive areas.
      
      I have never received a report of Invermectin not working.

I'm considering DMT. I'm trying to relieve general tension/inflammation of my mind/body which is pretty intense and affects my whole life as I'm sure you all understand to a good degree. I'm doing everything else too from diet, meditation, fasting, cutting out everything unnecessary and unhealthy I possibly can, pemf, massage, self examination, spiritual contemplation, just everything, not 100% but 100% of the time in working at it and I'm a bit desperate. I've done lsd and mushrooms in the past which have given me deep insight and perhaps permanent affects from the powerful insight but I've heard/read DMT and particularly ayahuasca can have life changing positive effects, particularly ayahuasca which I'm considering trying as up north a bit they have ceremonies, but for for DMT would be more convenient and available to me. Any feedback from anyone with experiences? I'd love for my neck pain to dissappear or subside at least. I remember Duncan Trussel saying in an old podcast his shoulder pain went away from it lol which apparently was connected to some bad memory.

I would like to know how other people interpret this vision while meditating. I was not intending to astral travel, it just happened.. This has only happened this one time. I have since tried to recreate the experience, but have not been successful. I don't understand why I experienced this or what it even means... If you had this vision (experience), how would you interpret it??

All thoughts appreciated!

I first see 5 or 6 African (?) men sitting in together outside on a dirt ground and I'm especially noticing this one man that is squatting on one knee and beating small drums or creating rhythm hitting it on the ground.

Then, I came out of my meditative state briefly then went back in following a spinning vortex and I was in a warehouse type building with metal walls.

I was trying to look around to see where I was but I was seeing people hanging from the ceiling (like hams) (yes, I know this sounds crazy lol). I felt like they were alive (maybe on Earth plane) but unconscious in the body at this place. Some had been there for a long time I could tell.

Then, I come out slightly and zone back into this place and I am laying down on an exam table (?) And I know my body has been there unconscious but now I have entered that body to consciousness.

(I was in my body over there and over here, I was fully aware of both realities at the same time, if that makes sense)

I'm laying there and I know my eyes are closed but I can still see through them. I see the figures of the unconscious people suspended either by cordage or rope near the tops of the walls. I did notice one young man that was able to move his forearm as though he was still conscious. I tried to move and I can't. I don't feel scared.

I feel in both bodies here and there someone grabbing ahold my hand. I am able to pull enough energy to to slightly move my fingers ( in both bodies) then I squeeze a little more. I could sense the awareness of the person holding my hand that they knew I was awake and there. There was some joy felt.

Then I see a shadow man no features walk from behind where I was laying and casually move about picking up items here and there. I was curious is to why I was laying there and why was a shadow person there and I wanted to know what he was up to. But I didn't sense his purpose.

I didn't know if he was good or bad but I had this feeling of peacefulness and I had a great desire to show love to him regardless of his intentions. He walked around the foot of my bed and came beside me and stood near the chest of my bed. I was able to get out the words (in both bodies) "We are one- God loves you- You are my brother." My lips could barely move in both bodies but I know he heard me. Then he reached over and placed his hand over my chest. Then I came out of my meditating state..

While I was experiencing this, my body felt like a pressure cooker of energy. I could feel the energy swarming through me from head to toe. My whole body felt like it was vibrating and I know my tongue was actually pulsating against the roof of my mouth.. I was hearing a humming sound like static energy or white noise.. My body felt weightless. Literally I felt like there was nothing underneath me. It felt like I was hovering over my body about an inch or two.

What does this mean!?

I tried the Cutler protocol, but fell short of finding doctors who could determine the degree to which the process was working. In addition, I never felt any better or saw any great changes in the several months that I followed the protocol.

I know that I have mercury in my brain and probably liver. I am in Mexico visiting with curanderos to see if they can help me make a shift in my health.   If you did not have amalgam removed and you previously took lots of "detox" supplements--greens, NAC, cilantro, chlorella, then I would not expect many gains in the first 6 months. They move Hg around including helping to excrete some of it, but also moving some to more vulnerable sites in the body.
  
  If a person has a lead problem, I don't expect many gains in the first 6 months. I mostly had/have a lead and cadmium problem. I spent most of the first 8 months wondering if I was just having a better than average week, then better than average month. There was nothing really impressive. It was not until around 10 months that it was clear gains were sticking.
  
  By 1.75 yrs I had gotten the majority of my gains but have added a few less impressive ones in subsequent years.
  
  I wish I could tell you if you are just a slow responder or that you don't have a heavy metal problem. it is tough to know what is going on in your brain, thyroid, adrenal and other organs most vulnerable to Hg--short of an autopsy : (
  
  You could try a followup hair test to see if it shows something interesting. My prechelation hair, and urine tests were not impressive. However after 1 and 1.5 yrs the hair tests had toxins--lead or cadmium-- in the red, but the essential elements did not look crazy.
  
  A few people have done a provoked *stool* test while on round with ALA but I doubt they are foolproof, for example.

      I've heard it's important to have ways to remove the toxins (exercise, saunas or baths, enough fiber). Also, if your 'stomach acid' levels are lower than normal and you have symptoms of acid reflux (feelings of mucus in your throat sometimes aka post nasal drip or a somewhat burning sensation in throat, or undigested food in stool etc.) you MAY benefit from taking beatin HCL with pepsin pills. They are an acid meant to increase the acidity of the stomach, I believe, so all directions for taking the pill need to be carefully followed. I think I have candida or some sort of fungal or bacterial overgrowth, but I am guessing that I also have a lower than normal level of stomach acid, which is preventing my body from properly digesting my food and removing waste. This is just a theory though... I found out about it through someone who previously posted on cure zone- they didn't think they had candida, but taking Beatin HCL pills along with a fiber supplement, a digestive enzyme, and following a low fodmap diet (not too different from a candida diet) seemed to get rid of their odor. I cheated some when I tried protocols to get rid of candida, but at the same time I felt like I followed most of the rules and didn't make much progress at all (besides what I'm guessing were die off symptoms). Then again, I was never officially tested for candida, so maybe I have something completely different.

      There are some supplements that slow down some of the Phase I enzymes. Cutler addresses the issue at around p 40 in his Amalgam Illness book. Niacinamide might be one.
      
      Do you have chemical sensitivities?
      
      Do you have symptoms of high cortisol, probably including weight gain around the middle relative to the remainder of your body?
      
      I personally know someone who no longer gets candida outbreaks after years of Cutler detox plus related support.
      
      Have you gotten a stool or other relevant test? Some people thought they had a candida problem but actually had some other gut imbalance. I was one such person.
      
      I don't know if this is relevant but I used to have to fight athlete's foot all Summer. Now as long as I dry my toes before bed most nights I'm fine. I don't think I've used any medicated power or similar in the past few years.

I have some pretty dense and fibrous scarring which is also indented on my chin. In a state of psychosis on psychiatric drugs (I'm no longer on them) I completely picked through my skin all the way which left a few really indented scars. Then while still on the drugs I used a very long dermaroller combined with a 30% salicyliic acid peel- I know, I was nuts and in complete psychosis.

Now I have the scars. I have had several C02RE fractional laser treatments last year as well as subcision with filler underneath. I am looking to get rid of the dense and fibrous scar tissue more than anything because I want my skin to be healthy.

I was doing massage with castor oil for like 3-4 months then switched to a product called AVOGEN 302- I felt like I was starting to see good results, but then I developed a weird rash on my breasts and stomach which wouldn't go away, along with severe muscular burning most of the time. I sought out a practitioner who muscle tested me and I was diagnosed with Candida, Giardia, and a few other fungi and bacteria. I am now on day 3 of the candida cleanse taking holistic, not pharmaceutical herbs and using an organic anti-fungal cream on my rashes. The rashes are looking way better but my scars now look way worse. I'm wondering if they' have a fungus or something in them? Should I treat them with a topical antifungal as well?

Could the candida or the parasites affect my overall skin healing of these scars? What would someone recommend as best treatment options moving forward for this very dense scar tissue?

I eat EXTREMELY clean (no sugar, no dairy, corn or gluten) and have for 11 months and do coffee enemas daily.

Also/FYI- I know now that my "mental illness" started with an undiagnosed candida infection which led to me being put on these psych drugs which started the last 15 years of hell for me. I am off of all drugs now and have no need for them, although as I am doing this candida cleanse I'm experiencing anxiety and skin itching with a vengeance.

Using DMSO on the skin would be helpful but needs to be handled carefully because it is a solvent which causes anything on the skin to enter into the skin. That includes bacteria and anything else on the skin. Therefore the skin would need to be cleaned thoroughly and the area sterilized before using DMSO. Do not use a finger to apply! Use some other implement such as the handle of a sterilized spoon or something like that. Combining DMSO with the previously mentioned enzymes might be helpful. However start very slowly with tiny doses to check the effect.
  
  Vitamin C would be helpful and so would the amino acids needed for collagen formation. Making a salve using these might be helpful. DMSO would force them into the skin but combining all of this is difficult as I have tried DMSO gel with vit c and amino acids and it became liquid which runs off the skin.
  
  Iodine is meant to be effective too. Lugols stains so potassium iodide might be worth trying if the skin area is visible as lugols would stain brown.

  I removed a terrible looking skin lesion with iodine, and fresh new skin was the result. You can't even see that there was a lesion there, except the new skin does not match the color of the old suntanned skin. I carefully applied iodine to my lesion 2 x a day, every day. The lesion soon formed a scab within a few weeks and after about 1 month the scab started itching & fell off leaving fresh new skin. Do not pick off the scab until it is itching.
  
  Do a google of "Iodine Scar Tissue" for much more.
  
  I suggest practicing the procedure on a small spot before doing it all.

I have upped the dosage from 80,000iu which I was using previously for quite some time and nattokinase before that. I take these for other reasons and not specifically for the scar.
    
    That is why I suggested using DMSO and using serrapeptase/nattokinase type enzymes topically. Adding vitamin c and collagen amino acids should enhance the effect and promote rebuilding.

  For internal scar tissue, I am not sure... I though serrapeptase would be the answer, but other replies say not so... for external scar tissue, check out a product called biosil. It has had independent clinical trails (randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel group) that show very good results.

  Its a product from Belgium that is used for bones, and skin to increase collagen, for hair, skin and nails but also bones.
  
  I am not sure but if you use this product in conjunction with a strong dose of vitamin C (to mediate the collagen and help it regenerate), then it very may help reduce the scar. If not, then at least you will have lovely hair, nails and skin. I use it and its quite good. I have noticed tauter skin all over my body, and more radiance.
  
  But then again scars are funny. I have had some very small ones for 26 years from when I was a toddler. Yet some people can fade very large ones. I think it is genetic.
