Thank you for encouraging me to see a priest. I just got an email from a friend of mine who suggested the same, also assuring that my belive status should not be a problem. I think I'll take your, pez and my friend's advice on this.

I like your idea of mindchimes and bells too. It might also help with a noise of cars passing by. My windows are facing a highway.

As for Reiki, I have a great appreciation for it. In fact, it was the first bioenergetic modality I learned as a healer, and have eventually became a Reiki Master/Teacher. It is a very gentle and loving energy though. It is effective in cleansing the body off all kinds of impurities, including psyhcoemotional residue from past traumas. I've never heard of it being effective, though, against entities. I treat myself every day, and by their reaction to it suspect that they are probably neutral towards it. It's possible they're actually enjoying it as a source of energy for their own survival. Other types of energy work so far have not been effective either.

I've been burning sage and taking Sea Salt baths, left salt on the floor over night... didn't see much difference. Tweet
