Some things in response

This should be a cautionary tale to people who think channeling spirits is the path enlightenment. We tell our kids to not talk to strangers, yet we think communicating with spirits is good just because they seem benevolent, though we know nothing about them or their true nature/intent. They are spiritual strangers.

That aside, you need to get rid of these spirits. They've formed attachments to you and you have to cut them off. We had an experience like this recently with our 7 year-old daughter who was being harassed by a nasty spirit that refused to leave, sad nasty things to her, and in fact insisted would stay with her forever and take her over. We had to banish this spirit with the priesthood, which is easy to do and very quick. This is the same power Jesus gave his disciples and written about in the New Testament. You might want to consider looking into the church that has this. I'll leave that journey up to you.

Short of that, a book I highly recommend you and others who are interested in this kind of stuff is "Psychic Defense" by Robert Bruce. He strongly warns against people getting involved with spirits, even ones that seem friendly and helpful, gives lots of experiences and things you can do to get rid of them. They are more arduous than the first, but seem to work. It will certainly arm yourself and others with more knowledge about how these things work and what to do about it.

I wish you the best. Take care.
