Please help me ID possible parasite

So here are the symptoms I have been having:

Reddish-brown VERY THIN hair-like parasite came out of my throat after garling Apple cider vinegar. Before that, I would get very think, smaller black-ish hair like things (much smaller and thinner and sometimes 2-3 tangled together) in my saliva, when I would blow my nose, and it seems like they have even came out when I would cough. The 'parasite' in my throat looks like it is a short reddish brown hair, vary in size, and sometimes even have a clear-ish tail projection on it. Also, I have a white line on my left cheek AND swollen lymph nodes on left side on neck that I have had for Years (7-8 years) that my GP ignores. Could someone please help me/pray for me? ANY help is appreciated. I have tried 4-5 docs with no help.
