As soon as I saw this post, I had to reply. My symptoms/experience are too similar to yours. I am a mid-thirties male who has been on fluoridated antidepressants for more than 10 years. About a year ago it caught up with me. I felt like death. Like you, I found
Iodine and the world turned around. I currently take 50 mg iodoral daily, trying to detox my body. I also take huge doses of vitamin c (think 30 grams per day) to flush it out of my system. Like you, I experience waking too early, sleep issues, feelings of endless energy, and my freezing cold hands coming back. I've come to think that this is fluoride circulating in the body as the
Iodine pushes it loose. Unless you get it out, it keeps floating around causing the same symptoms as before. So i take the huge vitamin c doses to help that. Even the simplest of exercise will cause fluoride to move (and I'll feel symptoms). Has your urine ever been a pale or light green color?
I have normal bloodwork and normal thyroid indicators-aldo very frustrating. Fluoride affects every body system I have: brain fog, sleep, kidneys, liver, digestion, bowels, fatigue, tingling legs, muscle twitching, even bloodshot/red eyes, and random yawning. I also experience the sadness/crying for no reason at all; it's the fluoride moving around. Upping the iodoral will cause more fluoride to move around - it has to be dealt with (detox) or it just stays swimming around and your symptoms come back. This is what I have been experiencing the past few months.
I'm glad I found your post!
