Good info.  It could be, however, that bromelain might have some effect at stripping away the outer layer of cancer cells since it is a digestive enzyme and that is what Kelly used to defeat his pancreatic cancer.  Granted that chymotrypsin, serrapeptase, amylase and other enzymes might have been more important, but then again, bromelain is also a very powerful binder that potentiates many other items, including other enzymes from what I have read.  Perhaps his bromelain, from both the supplement and the bit in the juice, also helped potentiate the pau d'arco?
