I know, it took me weeks to take this (new to me) enzyme because I was concerned about it's "manufactured state" for lack of a better phrase, and that it was not designed for the human body. But if it could do what the "medicine men" said then it was exactly what I needed. I decided to try that rather than take oral iron that my doctor suggested or I.V. iron that my oncologist suggested (treating symptoms) for moderate anemia after reading that iron would be food for cancer if I had cancer.
That's why I ditched anything that would feed cancer in my diet.
Note:(not that serrapeptase would help the iron problem but that it would reduce the fibroid which I believe was causing the bleeding and decreased iron)
