Yes, that's how it went. I changed jobs and actually started working from home. When I worked in an office there was a coffee machine where you just press a button. So I had coffee in the morning. Sometimes I had some tea later in the day. So I wasn't completely free of drinking tea before changing jobs. But my tea drinking was sometimes green tea and sometimes peppermint tea.

I wouldn't say I had perfect health before starting tea three years ago, because I have always had allergies. But I was healthy enough that the only time I visited a doctor was to get my allergy shots. I haven't even taken an Antibiotic in over ten years. I always had good cholesterol. Before my allergies kept me indoors, I used to run 3 or 4 miles a few times a week.

Three years ago, working from home, I switched to tea because I didn't really like the coffee my husband makes, and was too lazy to make my own. I discovered chai tea then, and started drinking that every morning instead of coffee.

Other than the tea, nothing has changed in my life, except that I have gotten older. For a long time I attributed my symptoms to age. I thought, this is just what happens when you get older. Your body falls apart. But I couldn't figure out why my allergies kept getting worse and worse.

I'm still in the same house I've been in for twelve years. I'm still married to the same man, who uses the same shampoo, and we have two kids and we all eat the same food we've been eating for years. I was the only tea drinker. I still eat the same cereal I've been eating for years. I am so boring. lol.

My allergies and sinus congestion led me to keep a very clean and chemical free house. But that hadn't helped.

The only reason I connected the dots to the fluoride in tea is because of the timing and the fact that I'd changed nothing else. Still, I didn't make the connection right away. And even when I did, I was only wondering... "could it be the tea?" Even as I thought, "no, that would be crazy." Even after researching online, I didn't have conviction. It was only after feeling a sudden incredible improvement from Iodine did I really believe it. As all of my problems are resolving, I become more completely convinced. My breast lumps are now almost undetectable to the touch. They were the size of quarters just two months ago. I've had two biopsies, three ultrasounds and two mammograms because of these lumps which are now disappearing.

I feel like going to the public health office about it all, asking for fluoride warnings on tea boxes! :)
