I have reduced my biliruben by half by following a particular diet
I have had intermittent fatigue and it has been difficult to pin exactly the triggers and hard to know when exactly I can rely on my energy at different points in the day.
I have found now, after 3 months of trial of a particular diet I have been able to reduce my fatigue and discovered my biliruben count at the doctors reduce by half. I know this is connected. My biliruben has always been high, upto 28. Not it's 16. Still not perfect but 50% improvement.
This is my diet:
- 8am breakfast: 1 tsp slippery elm powder with water, 10mg nadh
- 9am glass water
- 10am half a sandwich + 1 supplement dr wilson super adrenal fatigue
- 12pm glass water
- 1230pm half a sandwich + non carb snack + 1 supplement dr wilson super adrenal fatigue
- 230pm glass water
- 3pm half a sandwich + non carb snack + 1 supplement dr wilson super adrenal fatigue
- 4pm glass water
- 530pm meal with less than 30g carb + 1 supplement dr wilson super adrenal fatigue
7pm water
- 6pm glass water
- 8pm meal with less than 30g carb + 1 supplement dr wilson super adrenal fatigue
9pm herbal tea ( non caffeine, non licorice, non peppermint)
10pm go to bed, don't look at phone, read a book,
1030 sleep
630am wakeup
I noticed, if I have more than 30g carb per meal within a 2hr time period I suffer delayed fatigue, ie post prandial syndrome, the fatigue symptoms of hypoglycemia without actually having low blood sugar.
I noticed also, when feeling fatigue if I drink a glass of water, about 20 minutes later I feel able to focus again and brain fog disappears.
The most difficult thing is giving up social eating, ie eating with friends and family by having more than what I can fit into one hand per meal. If I follow my diet strictly then I don't I suffer fatigue. If I don't it is worse for them because I am not able to be attentive.
This diet is great for weight loss too.
I hope this helps anyone who is reading this.
