Cancer will cause an immediate rapid weight loss. If you have experienced this amount of weight loss for no obvious reason, you need to take it seriously and tell a doctor about it.

There are simple tests for bowel cancer.

If you are asking if intestinal parasites would cause this amount of weight loss over a short period, I very much doubt it, but I could be wrong.
