Hanko, I believe rectal administration bypasses the liver and would not harm the small intestines. It is highly effective.

If you have strongyloides, you must kill them off before your bowels can heal. It took me several months (maybe 6 months).

Colostrum is reported to be very good. I also recommend chicken and beef broth that is simmered with the bones for approx. 6 hours until the liquid becomes a jell. This gelatin is known to "seal and heal".
