Gardia is one that i had lost over thirty pounds in a three month time frame - i had pain in gut no daiherra but would hurt when i ate - I thjink the parasite feeds when you eat and does a dormant phase or feeling when not- took three months of going to docs stool testing showed negative but finally convinced them to give me the medication for it and i got better - my neighbourhood was affected - five others plus me - they all got treatment early. sounds like your liver is working harder then it should or not working well,I certainly would do all testing to rule things out then go from there.
