Yes. You have Lyme disease. Even if your test comes out negative you can still have it. Take doxycycline for no less than three months. See a Lyme doctor. I had the same thing. I still get the symptoms as you but only when I eat Sugar and drink alcohol. So stay away from that stuff whenever possible.
