    It is nothing to worry about in this but do take care about this from next time. Use fluoride toothpaste as lemon loosens your enamel and causes tooth decay while fluoride toughens the enamel. ....

    Update. I have used the oil of oregano for six days. The problem is SB is caused by malassezia yeast which feeds on most oils. So although the OO is burning the yeast, the olive oil base of the OO seems to be spreading the malassezia around some. I have read that malassezia does not do well with oils that have carbon chains below 10 (C10 and below).. There is now an oil of oregano available that is not based in olive oils but based in MCTs ( which should be C10 and below). I have ordered some of this non-0live-oil based OO. In the meantime I am trying using the salt water facial bathing which is suggested as being extremely effective on SB by others on this site. Until next update, best wishes to all.

For a long time ive had moderate obstructive and restrictive lung diseases as well as asthma. It has been worse in past such as lips n feet turning blue n gasping for breath. I wadnt able to get help bc someone said panic attack tho later another nurse said low blood pressure but didnt check air or anything. it is not as bad now but causes a million issues n i cannot use prescribed inhalers. I have tried aromatherapy n also salt inhalation, pink himalayan salt. Inhaling balsam fir needle oil and tea tree oil for example. What are better ideas? The dr prescribed inhalers are too toxic n one is some steroidal inhaler that is supposed to decrease immune system activity, explained in patient info. Its actually supposed to decrease immune system? Ive only been to a pulmonary dr a few times, like 3 or 4 times. i also have chest wall disorder n scoliosis pressing on my lungs. Intercostal neuralgia. Exsmoker of 10-12 yrs n quit apr 2012. Sometimes a chainsmoker n smoked 100s when possible. but id tried quitting a million times before n didnt for more than a yr. ive permanently quit since apr 2012 though. Also should mention that my windpipe is effected. If cold air hits i feel it connecting pain down my windpipe n entire chest. Often a chemical burn kinda feel n have had a lot of pain for many yrs. i was told thyroid nodules but last time checked there were none. Once my throat swelled like a frog though. My whole fam was staring n making jokes etc. i didnt go to the dr for it. I was unable at the time. N it went doen after a couple wks. Im assuming a goiter n i was on hypothyroidism meds that weren't necessary n likely caused it from excess thyroid hormone.

Hello,
I have folliculits for a 6 years now, after seeing a lot of doctors and trying Antibiotics , anti bacterial soup, acupuncture (Who helped for a little while), probiotics and turmeric pills nothing seems to help.
one doctor told me that after biopsy he will find a solution, the biopsy result was that its not bacterial and he told me that there is nothing i can do about it.
I am willing to try anything and would like to know your opinion about what may work.
