Update. I have used the oil of oregano for six days. The problem is SB is caused by malassezia yeast which feeds on most oils. So although the OO is burning the yeast, the olive oil base of the OO seems to be spreading the malassezia around some. I have read that malassezia does not do well with oils that have carbon chains below 10 (C10 and below).. There is now an oil of oregano available that is not based in olive oils but based in MCTs ( which should be C10 and below). I have ordered some of this non-0live-oil based OO. In the meantime I am trying using the salt water facial bathing which is suggested as being extremely effective on SB by others on this site. Until next update, best wishes to all. Tweet
