The changes you've made so far are excellent, and you're absolutely right in wanting to boost your immune system (this is really the best way to clear any infection), especially if you've been infected with a higher risk stain of HPV.

You already mentioned eating more fruits and veggies which is great, just aim to eat 8-10 servings of vegetables (fresh is best, but frozen is acceptable) daily, remembering that 1 serving = 1/2 cup.

Make sure that you're also getting enough protein daily, as protein provides your body with essential building blocks for your immune system as well. Healthy protein sources: free range organic chicken or turkey, wild (NEVER farmed) salmon, free range organic eggs, beans, etc. Avoiding red meat is best.

Astragalus and reishi are great immune supporting herbs! I'm actually using a really great product called Papillex that contains both those herbs, and other really good ingredients too (I have genital warts and have noticed that they're clearing up since using it), so I highly recommend it.

Multivitamin and vitamin C are also great additions to your protocol, as is the exercise. Try also adding a high quality probiotic, as approx. 70% of your immune system is located in your gut, and healthy gut flora is vital to good health.

As for the Colloidal Silver , I wouldn't use it. There is so little research out there on its efficacy, and it's safety is very debated. Furthermore, the use of silver containing formulas can lead to argyria, a permanent condition in which silver salts deposit in the skin, eyes and internal organs.

I also don't understand why you are giving yourself weekly water enemas? It could potentially disrupt your gut flora, and possibly introduce the infection further into the anal canal.
