Wrong approach

Inside our mouth and out throat, we have maybe hundreds of species of good bacteria that are suppose to live there.

When you take things like food grade hydrogen peroxide, or mouth wash. or even some toothpastes, you risk killing many of those good bacteria.

Those good bacteria are generally part of our immune system, they help us keep us healthy.

When you kill good bacteria, place where good bacteria was may be taken by the bad one, and that is how you get sick.¨

If you have a bad breath, and if that was the reason for taking the hydrogen peroxide, you should instead work on fixing the underlying causes of your bad breath.

The underlying causes of bad breath could be :
- food intolerance ;
- increased intestinal permeability ;
- dysbiosis ;
- poor liver function ;

What could help you with those problems is:

- Elimination-Rotation Diet ;
- Liver Flushing ;
- coffee enema ;
- Water Fasting ;
- EFT ;
- Fecal Transplant ;
- Blood Type Diet ;
- regular physical activity ;
etc
