Natural cures for moderate obstructive and restrictive lung diseases , asthma

For a long time ive had moderate obstructive and restrictive lung diseases as well as asthma. It has been worse in past such as lips n feet turning blue n gasping for breath. I wadnt able to get help bc someone said panic attack tho later another nurse said low blood pressure but didnt check air or anything. it is not as bad now but causes a million issues n i cannot use prescribed inhalers. I have tried aromatherapy n also salt inhalation, pink himalayan salt. Inhaling balsam fir needle oil and tea tree oil for example. What are better ideas? The dr prescribed inhalers are too toxic n one is some steroidal inhaler that is supposed to decrease immune system activity, explained in patient info. Its actually supposed to decrease immune system? Ive only been to a pulmonary dr a few times, like 3 or 4 times. i also have chest wall disorder n scoliosis pressing on my lungs. Intercostal neuralgia. Exsmoker of 10-12 yrs n quit apr 2012. Sometimes a chainsmoker n smoked 100s when possible. but id tried quitting a million times before n didnt for more than a yr. ive permanently quit since apr 2012 though. Also should mention that my windpipe is effected. If cold air hits i feel it connecting pain down my windpipe n entire chest. Often a chemical burn kinda feel n have had a lot of pain for many yrs. i was told thyroid nodules but last time checked there were none. Once my throat swelled like a frog though. My whole fam was staring n making jokes etc. i didnt go to the dr for it. I was unable at the time. N it went doen after a couple wks. Im assuming a goiter n i was on hypothyroidism meds that weren't necessary n likely caused it from excess thyroid hormone. Tweet
