Victoria definitely wrote the comment that was made on June 16 at 3:45am. It's her writing style and she stays up all night. She sleeps all day and neglects the guests who enroll in her scam of a program. It is not strange at all that I as a mother decided to share my daughter's horrible experience. It has nothing to do with my daughter's age. I felt a responsibility to create awareness and hopefully prevent a fatality in Skagit County. I was not aware that she is up to her old tricks again. If she opened "the retreat" again, the county will shut her down. My daughter was tormented by this horrible woman. Victoria is a mean, crazy, OBESE woman who is obsessed with money. Tweet
