i bought aquaphor back in february when i found daniels blog and used it religiously for about 3-4 months and it sorta helped but it just made my lips puke green and really shiny. the stuff is so damn sticky it's hard to apply and usually you end up pulling skin off and making it worse.

i've had ec for about 3 years now and the only thing that's helped is an oil lotion containing water, jojoba oil and coconut oil among others which ive been using for about 2 months. the vermillion border on my top lip has completely healed and they don't build up every day anymore. what also helped was sleeping with my mouth closed. if you have nose breathing problems get that fixed first.
