Be careful about stirring up heavy metals (HMs) with large amounts of glutathione or precursor cysteine in various ”green juices” etc. There is a single thiol (SH) that is like a HM magnet. Cutler, in his book on hair tests, indicates he thinks copper in a hair test is usually relevant. However, if the hair test has statistically strange patterns--almost all essential elements low or lo-norm, etc--then he was less inclined to trust a hair test. It has been my experience that my head is clearer while on round when I take 400IU with each meal; however I need to make sure I have at least 800 IU in me when I start the round. I usually end up taking 1,600 IU on the first day and last day of the round. I havent misunderstood you. I realise that something has gone wrong here, but its just a case of riding it out to normalise again. After reading your advice yesterday, I took 16,000 of vitamin E and 5,000 of C over 24 hours and I feel about 60% better, and realise my error was probably with this. My understanding is that testosterone gets converted to estrogen with the help of an enzyme named aromatase. I think you’ll find that is a P450 Liver Phase I enzyme that requires iron.
