Re: a lot of thoughts (and applicable questions)+edit to correct typos and html Re: Excessive????
~short answer, will write more later...
the reason that I disagree with the hormonal premise is that I have NEVER heard of anyone losing SO MUCH HAIR due to hormonal changes. I have not looked into adrenal exhaustion at all, so I'm pretty ignorant there. I HAVE, however, heard of people losing hair due to fluoride-based drugs. And fluoride is an enzyme poison. soooo...what happens when high doses displace vast amounts of fluoride. Is it excreted through the skin as well as the other avenues of elimination? Perhaps hair follicles are poisoned? Fluoride induces apoptosis as well, not actually apoptosis, but necrosis.(think timed cell death vs. untimely cell death) I would suspect so...
The hair loss thing REALLY bothers me. I can't imagine how that must feel. And I am a very visual person, so I guess I focus on that....
at any rate, I'm really trying to get people to think about fluoride more, I would be amiss if I didn't. There are OTHER means of detoxing fluoride, gentler means. I think iodine's just too damned efficient.
BTW, YOU know your body way better than I do, I'm really NOT trying to diagnose. This is opening my eyes to the fact that supplementing I can cause a lot of trouble...we need to consider this.
Do you have a source for the blurb?
Also, that book Neo suggested sounded pretty good...
