Re: a lot of thoughts (and applicable questions)+edit to correct typos and html Re: Excessive????
Uny, I'm not going to further address the personal differences we all have had. You know it's true, I know it's true, anyone that might doubt that needs only to look into the archives.
My heart goes out to you, I am truly sorry that you are suffering. If only we'd "known, then".
But, we didn't, did, we?
We have addressed cleansing, you know that. You were a great contributor to that. Shortly after your post re:"red alert"(which, BTW, I recall people offering numerous suggestions and hypotheses as to why you were losing hair, etc., I saw quite a lot of support offered), I posted this:

as I firmly believe that those with a heavy body burden of fluoride need to take it very slowly...I have more info on this, I'll post later.
So, yes, negative effects of supplementing iodine. Well, this being new to CZ, we're just starting to see this, aren't we? Unfortunately you were one of the early ones, hopefully we will all learn from your experience.
I'd like to put together some sort of checklist for those considering supplementation. I've seen negative reports from those that don't "do" cleanses, from those who continue to ingest fluoridated water, fast food, etc...
One has to be at a certain level of health to consider supplementation, I
believe. And even though the eliminative channels are clear, that doesn't mean that the vast stores of fluoride, mercury, lead, what have you liberated by
Iodine supplementation will not wreak havoc. Honestly, some might find it more comfortable to just leave things as they are.
Anyway, while googling around I found this info re: natural remedies for hair loss:
