Bingo! JackPot! Wowzah! Re: Excellent post Unyquity
Neo,
That information all put together resonates all OVER the place!!!
this:
>>hyping the thryoid beyond its capacity as developed within the organism will weaken the adrenal system as that part of the triad is susceptable to overactivation.<<
combined with this from another source:
>>Adrenal are the source of estrogen after menopause and secrete hormones related to metabolism, heart function and the immune system.<<
...explains further my first perception of a major drop in estrogen (lack of menses).
AND regarding fading results from the iodine:
>>You are most likely malabsorbing nutrients and
have mild IBS/Leaky gut<<
My 'doctor within' clearly told me to mix up a 'digestive blend'(even though I have no logical reason to think I need one)...I came up with a slippery elm (healing for IBS) willow charcoal, bentonite, psyllium, flax, fruit pectin blend (similar to Schulzes IF#2)...and my body has been screaming for nutrients/minerals even though I've been taking double/triple doses of superfood AND ingesting 8 large trays of fresh sprouts weekly. Now a good long juice fast along with all the rest, and I'm sure I'll be seeing major results MAJOR fast.
>>>The pituitary and the hypothalamus and perhaps even the amygdala are all in need of
adjustment. This can only be done by ensuring neurotransmittor levels are adequate and by analysis by QEEG.<<<
Although I agree the hypo/amyg may be in need of adjustment, I don't believe this can only be done by QEEG analysis. I don't need no steenking machine to heal/definie/adjust my neurotrasmittor levels (lol)...although it would be easier & faster, for sure!
And I've started adding gentle amounts of h202 to my water, as well as a wee bit of inhaling. That's made a huge difference in both my mental & physical state as well.
>>
Iodine is one way to fix this...but it is like using a
shotgun on a cockroach....you tend to wreck the drywall<<
HUGE LOL (and SO true) - what a great analogy. I'll never forget the image I have of me dressed up like Annie Oakley with a huge double-barrel on my shoulder and a magnifying glass going on a cockroach hunt...blasting away the entire house, and then holding up one dead cockroach! I needed that :o)
Neo, thank you from the bottom of my tired, stressed out body & brain (and adrenals). And my husband thanks you as well. Your information (and the books I'm bound to find, buy and read sooner or later) have both enlightened my thinking & knowledge, and given me the confidence to trust my own 'doctor within' and intuition.
HUGE blessings of appreciation!
