1 to 6 months on the 50mg protocol (you chose 100mg for yourself and that is fine, some may need this) should be all most people need, and then maintenance; which I believe to have been hashed out to be 12.5mg daily for women and 8mg for men. I suspect these may be a bit high or low dependent upon the individuals current state of health, including weight etc., diet, environment, etc. etc. and each person needs to determine this for themselves.
