what i am saying is that two pieces of fruit, one low brix and one high brix will rot at different rates in the exact same environment. all things being equal, such as humidity heat etc, the high brix produce resists rot, the low brix does not.

as for eating teeny tiny portions of manure, sure. but thats totally different than sitting down with fork and spoon and chowing down on some fresh laid manure, which is what the microbes do.

as for the garden, turns out the neighbor who promised me a spot didn't have the authority to do so!!

anway, i am now converting my balconey into a wheatgrass growing farm, and will experiment with low medium and very high mineral content growing mediums in order to create super mineralized wheatgrass juice.
