thanks that one site has a brix chart that is actually readable, the other chart i found was so small no one could possibly read it.

for me, organic is just the beginning, it only means you are NOT using pesticides, ect. but what ARE you doing?

i think we need a whole new standard that includes not just the refusal to use poison, but the building up of the soil. this on a massive scale. Tweet
