buts eat manure. do you eat manure? no of course not. but its a good thing the bugs eat the manure, as thats part of their duty. manure and rot attracts bugs and microbes that think its yummy.

the same with bad produce, it attracts the organisms whose job it is to eat it.

you are not an insect, nor a microbe, nor would you want to begin eating the diet they thrive on.

this is why high brix is good and does not attact the manure eating microbes and why low brix is bad and does attract those microbes.
