actually i have posted plenty of research which shows very clearly that high brix does not attract insects and low brix does. Acres USA have been demonstrating this very concept for decades now.
as far as brix goes, i will explain again. it is almost always better to have higher brix readings. the charts show ranges within those high readings that are optimum.
many farmers and growers have proved the high brix theory of gardening for quite some time now. i have presented links and actual case studies with real life experience, you have only presented theory. you have not provided one single example of research that shows high brix produce is NOT insect resistant. not a shred. only your own theories on the subject. sure, those theories are interesting, but real life experience trumps theory every time, as i have noted before.
