Not really a debate, as much as it was my informing the readers of a potential business opportunity for them, to the extent Brix were truly predictive of mineral content. Conceivably, someone could take the opportunity I identified, and fulfill it, and make themselves a few bucks in the process, provided that Brix is truly functional in the claimed regard.
